How long will it take untile I receive my order?

Each order will take approximately two to three weeks from order/payment.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact me so we can make arrangements to make sure you get your package by a specified date. Additional fees may apply.

Do you ship worldwide?

What is your Return Policy?

All prints and products by Alice D’Alleo are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All prints and products by Alice D’Alleo purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. 

Will My Print Be Signed And/Or Editioned?

All prints ordered from the site will be signed, numbered and stamped by Alice D’Alleo, the artist, to guarantee the authenticity of the works.

What if my order is lost?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier before reaching out to alinuvem.art@gmail.com.

Do you offer framing?

Not for the moment.

Is my transaction secure?

We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary. Stripe uses both symmetric and asymmetric encryption, adopting industry-standard protocols such as SSL and TLS (Transport Layer Security) to ensure secure data transmission between customer browsers, business websites, and payment platforms. This strong encryption protects sensitive customer data and financial transactions from unauthorized access, tampering and theft.

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified as a Level 1 PCI Service Provider, the highest level of certification in the payments industry, covering both Stripe’s Card Data Vault (CDV) and software development sure of our integration code.

Damaged/incorrect order

Any damaged or incorrect prints or products by Alice D’Alleo, purchased on our site, are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints/products to be returned to her studio for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within the same day of receiving item. After 3 days, we will no longer replace an item. Please contact on alinuvem.art@gmail.com.
